Prescriptions and Renewals

Please request all prescriptions and renewals during normal office hours, when our full records are available. For this service, please call our Physician Assistant at 646-797-8704 or 646 797-8784.

Fees & Payments

We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care, and therefore, request payment arrangements for all services at the time they are rendered. We accept cash, checks, and VISA and MasterCard for your convenience. We will bill your insurance company; however, payment is the patient's responsibility. We will help in every way we can to assist in handling claims.

Insurance

We are members of most area Preferred Provider organizations and accept Medicare, Worker's Compensation, and No-Fault insurances. If your insurance has a co-payment, we require payment at time of visit.

24-HOUR EMERGENCY COVERAGE is available by calling 646-797-8700 (Hospital for Special Surgery) or via the Emergency Room at New York Presbyterian Hospital or Lenox Hill Hospital.
